Anyone watching SG-1 here? I'm watching the first season now and I've loved Carter since the beginning (she's just lovely, much more nicer than I thought) and I already have two different OTP with the same guy: O'Neill/Carter & O'Neill/doctor (the cute girl who takes care of them). I don't really mind much about the rest of them so far but, then again, I'm only at the middle of season one. =) I'm happy I still have so much to travel with the guys.

(No me quiero imaginar cómo será Stargate Atlantis si dicen que es mejor incluso. ♥ x infinito)

(Y ya me da igual que no salgan Vala y Crichton hasta la temporada mil porque con Carter y Jack soy feliz. ♥ Y qué alien tan guapo salió en el último capítulo y todo.)

Personally, I shipped Sam/Janet (the doctor).

The b'day episode so proved that they're canon ;)

I will totally try to remember that one, but my memory fails me at the moment. (Too much chem and physics, methinks.)

*beams* Hello.

Cassie was like 14 or something and had a boyfriend. I hate that nothing happened after Janet's death in regards to Cassie, no-one ever mentioned her again.

But, at least with SG-1, when they thought Daniel died we got to see all the emotions and aftermath, hell, even in the episode after he died, died he was mentioned time and time again, and every episode we saw the emotions of SG-1, unlike SGA with Beckett's death.

Which is why it bemuses me, when did it all change? All the writers were the same...hell, early SG-1 had one female writer (maybe more) Kathryn Powers.

Though, the whole bringing SG-1 storylines into SGA just killed the show, because SG-1 and SGA are different, and, it was clear that they ran out of stories...

Hi :)

Aaaah, I remember. That was the time I stopped watching the show religiously. Coincided with my hell year in school, unfortunately, and the instant death of my ship. (Although I love Claudia Black as Vala, she will always be Aeryn Sun to me. But Sam/Vala is enormous amounts of fun.) So I don't remember much anymore. Ha.

Maybe with Daniel the writers learned from their mistake. Wasn't there this huge outcry from the fans after Janet died and nothing happened?

I understood the crossover between both, 'cause of Sam the Great, but I don't think they handled it as well. Maybe they were trying to do a multi-CSI-like crossover shindig and forgot that, oh, Atlantis isn't part of earth or something. It would've been pretty cool.

*waves* I totally see you around a lot in the BSG comms. Which is very cool. I'm being friendly now.

I love Carter/Vala *squee over their hug, which totally shoulda been a kiss*

Ah, I've only seen an episode of Farscape, not really my thing, CB will always be Vala to me though *G*

Which mistake was that? *iz confused* Killing Daniel off? I wasn't into SG-1 then, so it was (like usual) TPTB choice, and not MS?

Nah, it's totally because they ran out of ideas and figured hey, we'll just reuse the SG-1 stories.

Claudia Black is amazing. She's so intimidating as Aeryn, then with Vala she just goes off and, well, it's impressive.

Mistake that Janet's death didn't match the continuity of the show. She was an important character. *shrug* At least that's what I think.

They could do so much more interesting things in a place like Atlantis than earth. Personally, they're not milking the space culture enough. And they need a new female badass leader.
